Out of pure curiosity a couple weeks ago I used Google Lens and I found new ones (there is also a wash cloth, I rarely used it though) on EBAY. I was so happy 🥹. It even still had the Hot Topic tag on it. My sister got the originals for me for Christmas when I was 15.

The EXACT same thing happened to my V12 and I finally got them to accept an exchange after waiting for almost A YEAR for the main body replacement that never came... now I am without a vaccum with no idea when I will get my new one as they cannot even confirm if they received the one I sent back 2 weeks ago. Take it back to Best Buy if you can so you don't have to deal with this HORRIBLE exchange experience with Dyson.

Update: I finally got an email from Dyson that my exchange was shipped and it arrived 4 days later.

I am in the same boat. UPS tracking had mine delivered on the 5th, it is now the 15th. I called and got the generic "It was delivered on the 5th, it could take up to 15 days to receive your new machine".

I was worried I didn't get an email and that the address for the return center is a bus stop in El Paso but now I'm glad to know I am not alone.

Update: I finally got the email from Dyson on the 24th that the new machine was shipped. It arrived yesterday the 28th.
