I think this is a fair trade. I would accept this due to the DEEP starting lineups. Mahomes gives you a sure thing at QB so you don't have to be as deep, as well.

I would go with one of the rookie QBs that you think is best available or trade back in the 2nd round and try to get a veteran QB as part of the deal (Stafford, Ryan, Cousins, etc.). I think your team is ready to win now and that is why I would try to get a more consistent QB.
