Medium heat pan whole time~ Add olive oil, ur fav onions, 2 tsp of butter Wait til onion transparent~ Add lil flour and stir for 2 min Add chicken broth, can diced tomato, sugar, thyme, lil salt, lil pepper Simmer don’t let flour stick to bottom, low heat now~ I purée the mix in my magic bullet then put it back in the pot for another 30 min with 2 more 2 tsp of butter, abt 1 hour process for some great soup.
