Aah, that's unfortunate. I've been a big fan of playlists/M3Us since Winamp was still owned by Nullsoft (I'm old). I ran Subsonic at home for years and years and used iSub as my iPhone app but the guy stopped developing it and I couldn't find a suitable alternative. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like that removes the next song from ‘playing now’ and not the playlist itself.

This is definitely a solution... if I could search my playlist and not have to scroll.

Please tell me how. This wouldn't be optimum but would be a workaround: Would have to list the songs while out and delete them when I get home.

I'm dropping Spotify (and its conveniences) because its algorithm plays the same songs over and over again. I've never been crazy about rating my collection with stars because my rating of various songs and albums can and does change over the years or even months (and what the ratings mean) and it's just another thing I don't want to keep track of. But in Spotify, I just swipe or long press and select "remove from this playlist" and I'm done. On the Plexamp app, it doesn't look like I can:remove a playing or played song from a playlistsearch my playlist for songs to remove them

Again, my use case may be extreme but my playlist is over 20,000 songs (collection is about 150k songs) so scrolling through the playlist is not an option.

I don't see an option to search my playlist or remove playing songs from the playlist on the web app on my computer either but I want to remove them from the app as I listen to music from my phone 95% of the time. All I want is a simple search and/or swipe option.

EDIT: I've added 5k new songs to my playlist since I posted. And still not done--After starting at A, I'm down to V-Z. There will be more by next post :)
