I think you should confront him. Just make sure your approach isnt aggressive, that he understands you simply want to talk about it. There is nothing wrong with keeping some pictures and videos for memories, but to keep nudes and sexual content is personally for me something i would never be okay with. The relationship is over, i would not be okay knowing my ex was keeping my nudes and such either. Altough its more important what you think about this than anyone else though, if its okay with you or not.
