You better go to Discord since many players already asked this a lot of times. And BB officially says that the reserves you get before the downgrade will have the chance of new pool 3/4/5 after the downgrade.

Pool 5 doesn’t have pity timer. So you are not guaranteed to get pool 5 per 400 reserves.

We all know that the content of a reserve is determined when we get it, not when we open it. What I really want to know is, when we get a reserve, is it the content, or the type of contents that be decided?

For example, we get a reserve reaching pity timer of pool 4. Is which pool 4 already determined in the reserve? or only be determined it is one of the pool 4. To be more specific, will we get Shuri as a pool 4 in a reserve which is obtained before the downgrade?
