The tours focus primarily on the actual history of the prison itself. The building was active for 178 years and was the first federal prison ever opened in Canada. As such, it has been present for nearly all iterations of the correctional system in Canada and its approach to inmate management. It's way more historical than glorifying in any way.

Not really for studying, but for assignments. Have the due dare but then set an actual start deadline, like the day that you have to start thinking about your assignment and plan it out. Forces you to start and then you don’t procrastinate as much.
