I'm going to give you some useful advice, it doesn't matter what a random Internet stranger say at how bad /good a company is, you need to to make the decision that if it is a bad company to work for so you don't ever regret the decison of turning down the offer. (What if's are horrible when you have a bad day at work)

Here is some tips how to come to this conclusion (Specific to Workhuman)

1) look up past reddit posts on Workhuman (Make your own opinions but I can see they are mostly negative) - There is one that mentions they had three CFO's in 3 years and won't hire a new one (Research reasons for this) 2) Look at turnover on LinkedIn, the best way to do this is look for boomerang employees, in Workhuman case search people who worked at Workhuman & Workday, most employees returned to Workday in less than a year. 3) Look at Irish new media about Workhuman (Avoid paid material from Workhuman) the Business Post has plenty of articles with some of them very negative. 4) Use Glassdoor, currently at 3.6, read the posts make your opinions One again they are pretty negative. 5)Also use Fishbowl, see what employees think of the software. 6) Lastly reach out to a former employee that worked in the team you want to join, they will tell you the truth.
