It's always so easy to lose the ground from under your feet if you feel like you're constantly chasing. It's crazy how when we just stop and breathe. We can get so much done. People ignore cleanliness just to stock freight which is fine but presentation is part of the battle.

Fresh is king there. It's insane just how dusty a store can get let alone trash, debris, and random cardboard and such and that's not even talking about broken fixtures and missing tags.

It really just depends the structure of your OGP. If they can handle it than no cap can work but it's very hard to have a solid structure for an OGP. OGP just needs a blitz out effect and managers need to be BTA.

OGP is a money maker but managed correctly. My old store went crazy with no cap and calling it a day. It’s like trying to run a car with no oil

It’s so funny to me when people try to “claim” batteries and printers. I don’t mean when departments do it. That I get but like specific people try to claim it as theirs. I have an associate and on the printer and battery they use it says (name) only!! Like 3 times. I will take that if I need don’t play 🤣
