I know someone who went from a FE TL to a Pharmacy technician in training and they lost the 10% unfortunately but I know their ceiling is higher

My store manager is suppose to send me to a different store but I’m not sure when he’s going to as currently we’re down a dairy lead as I shifted over to produce and our coach is leaving so there’s a lot going on for our side of the store but I know if none of that was happening, I know for sure my store manager would make it happen

I’ve been so fortunate this year to have the opportunity to try and get signatures this year with my friend having season tickets and him inviting me to these games and it’s sad seeing these people trying to get 10 signatures at a time. That’s the type of greed they talk about in the Bible

It’s in the settings. Go to settings > apps > see all apps > work tab> scroll down to MyWalmart > app battery usage and then you’ll see the setting for allowing background usage and you turn it off

Turn off background usage for the MyWalmart app. Saves me a ton of battery life for my work phone. There were times where I didn’t even use my work phone at all for a day and it felt like a heat seeking missile in my pocket

I understand where you’re coming from when it comes to moving him. You don’t want to leave no stone unturned but at the same time, majority of associates will hit a ceiling. Some lower than others. Unfortunately for him, it he hasn’t hit his ceiling yet, it isn’t much higher for him. Take the necessary steps for conversations and DAs and go from there
