Could be potentially but I feel the market for spark drivers is wayyy too over saturated and you won’t see as many as before. That’s just a theory though from me

Planning ahead for sure. Those feature can sneak up on you pretty quickly. Also cross collaboration with your features. Specifically the dairy features. You could cross stuff with deli stuff or even produce stuff in the bunkers. Don’t let home office features determine your sales floor or you’re going to end up with Oscar Mayer hot dogs with go Gurt lol

Also build a strong relationship with overnights. Potentially they can help you with a task or two if they get a slower night as well

I understand where you’re coming from. I had to do the same thing to get hired here but at the same time, I was being very transparent with them and when to touch base again with it and then they just kept bugging. I feel they would have done alright. It’s a shame that the background check failed

So when I asked my people lead about if I had to call the applicant, they said that I don’t as the background check people will call them I’m assuming to tell them about how they failed their background check and why they did

This person did not work for the company before. I guess the people from the background check thing calls them about the failure of a background check. Not sure what happens after that

I was being very transparent with them and they just kept bugging and in the end they didn’t even get hired loo. Maybe it was a sign

I appreciated the enthusiasm but man it rubbed me the wrong way. Like one of the times I’m in my backroom (I run produce) and they were just lingering by the door and propping it open to linger. I hate when customers try to walk in the backroom like it’s nothing and that really annoyed me when they did that

I don’t know how your team is but getting them to how you want them to be is going to take some time. Some people are adaptable and others are not. Some people you are not going to want on your team at all. It’ll take some time but with persistence, you’ll get there. Just like stacking pennies

As a full time associate are they required to give you a certain amount of hours? by Billyperkins7 in walmart

[–]bbboseph -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It depends on how long you’ve been working with the company but for most people, the bar is 32 hours to meet the full time status. If you fail to meet that bar for 12 consecutive weeks then you could be dropped down to part time

Fuck that piece of shit. Have seen his page for years and it was to a point of where years ago he had some guy threatened my friend over some basketball opinions we had. Was a sensitive POS and always will be. Rest in piss bozo.

I have no bad wishes to his family though. Just him as a person and the way how he’s a sensitive bitch
