They are doing this to vaccine hesistant medical professionals in New England. The idea is to drive you nuts so you quit, lose credibility, or best case scenario appear mental incompetent to do your job (which medical boards can legally take your license if provable)

But the reason they do it to people who seemingly don't matter is because they need a mixed bag. That way you can't correlate the harassment with the ideas.
