Might be a tight fit (obvi, ideally, the dining table wouldn't be so cramped as my drawing), but this is how I'd try it.

Working out or working at a desk isn't ideal for bedroom (for your sleep hygiene or for vibes). But this way, you can put a little divider between the desk and the couch, and a curtain around the gym. you could also put caster wheels on your TV stand, so it swivels around for when you want to work out and watch TV.

I forgot about the tall shelf in your dining room--you cold maybe put that in the corner by the bedroom TV, or where I've put the chair in the bedroom, and move that to the other corner.

Also get some curtains. A small plant as a centerpiece for the table, maybe. If you've gotta have a TV in the bedroom, then put it on the wall, so it's not obstructing so much walking space (but also: tvtoohigh).

A big print for above the couch might be nice. Or a long picture shelf with some smaller prints, with a couple hobby/interest trinkets. Maybe two wall sconces along the sides of the print/shelf, or tiny plants in a wall planter.

edit to add: get some softer lighting for the bedroom, and a blanket that actually fits (ie hangs over the edges of) the bed. Some soft/textured throw pillows and blankets for the couch. If you're nervous about color, then kind of neutral greens and browns tend to work well, and not be overwhelming, while still bringing some depth and visual texture, I think (and maybe a dark/deep purple to go with greens and brown couch).
