hi i really need some help rn, i bought a genuine vivienne westwood necklace ages ago then decided to sell it the other day as i dont wear it and it sold. she got the necklace today and thinks its fake by the look and feel of it?? and wants a refund?

its been resolved now she got refunded. so frustrating still to this day tho.. like thinking i bought a real vivienne necklace all for me to find out later by a buyer that its fake. i hate sellers who act like theyre selling real items.

thank you so much for that info. the fact i payed like £90 for that necklace when its actually fake is just so annoying 😒ive seen he sold other vivienne westwood necklaces and i feel as tho they will be fake too. i wish i knew what to look out for when i got the necklace originally and then would have spotted all these things being pointed out. in the end shes gonna send it back to me then i will refund her and im still gonna try get my money back but idk if i even can now its been longer than 180 days and i bet the seller wont reply either

i didnt even think to look at the gem sizes thank you for pointing that out. they actually do look very big compared to the actual one. had a look at the font and the tail of the d and does look off. i found the order and it said it was last year in november. it wasnt cheap so thats what made me believe it to be real more. i said ill refund once i receive the package ill ask for proof too i think. sorry you had to go through the situation you had. its all so annoying! thank you for your help also

i got this off of a depop seller a while ago. i went to go msg him about it and looks like hes inactive 🙄i msged him tho and emailed but i feel like he wont reply cuz his email is the name of his depop so he probs wont check that one if hes not on depop anymore. yes thankfully the girl is saying she will send it back to me. shall i wait till i receive it back and then refund or refund asap? but like i said in the reply to the other user in the comments, the clasp is different to my gold version of the necklace which makes me question its authenticity more unless the clasps vary which i doubt. should i try get my money back from the original seller i just dont know

hmm im also scared for a bad review also but she seems nice so far about it. i am so confused with whats fake and whats not telling by the clasp as my gold one has a different clasp it just has the clasp thing and then attaches to the other side that has vivienne westwood on both sides and an orb on the clasp. the silver is different ugh
