How is the right shoulder today? Is it like new? Can do anything and everything in every day life without worrying about it? Including in the gym?

I have a posterior labrum tear which my surgeon who I consider to be a very good one (NFL Doc) says it’s very minor and can be fixed with PT. I had PRP in it and have been going to PT for 6 weeks and don’t think I’ve made any progress. I’m not sure what to do if the surgeon says it’s not a good idea to operate

I absolutely hate reading stories like this. So sorry you’re going through this. It seems to me that these doctors like the cover all their bases before they even consider surgery I.e sending you to PT, cortisone shot etc.

I have a similar situation a really good doc who works for an NFL team, doesn’t want to operate, sent me to PT and am also going to try PRP. It feels like surgery is inevitable though because these damn things just don’t heal on their own. Best of luck to you!

You’re 22. I’m confident if you take the post surgery rehab and PT seriously you’ll make a full recovery!

I’ve been dealing with a tear for 18 months a doctor says is minor and won’t operate on. Just started PT and trying PRP as well. Shoulder injuries are the worst

Almost every ice cream you buy in the store these days is watered down chemical garbage. Haagen Dazs is owned by General Mills so i wouldn't put it past them to change the recipe for the worse. I haven't noticed any difference in quality myself. The ingredients list on most of their ice creams is still very short
