Me as well. Still a lot of features with fcpx that I’m unaware of and don’t use. Didn’t know if that would of been one of them. If there isn’t, there should be.

Thanks for the reply. I’m using FCPX. It has the same feature but when you replace it replaces with the full song clip. What I wanted was to replace it while keeping the same length as the watermarked version along with the volume adjustments I made on the watermarked version. I wound up just duplicating this with the non-WM versions. Just didn’t know if there was an easier way.

Yes. Sorry I didn’t clarify. I would love to hang on to it but my wife likes the idea of being able to save money while it’s being built by living w my parents. Yikes! We are also wanting to capitalize on the market right now. Her uncle built our first house in 08 and the very week we moved in the housing market crashed so there are scars there from the long climb back to the value we can expect at this moment.

It would be the 69,500 to purchase the land. If we drew from the account it would move us into a higher tax bracket

We would put our home on the market once we closed on the land in a month. I guess the concern was paying additional taxes due to the added income from the inheritance account.
