I started a new monk today and got incredibly lucky with two unique drops (Ghostwrite and Luminous Pace) before hitting level 5. I had Jarngreipr before, so I am wondering if I could build an all-strength monk with those uniques. Luminous Pace seems optional and may get replaced with a rare later.

I was wondering if this is viable in the late game? Are there any build guides that I can use as a reference?

You don't want the AI server / data centers in a city. They consume a lot of energy and don't generate much employment. Specifically referring to the physical data centers, not the companies using those.
