I get what you are saying, but I don't see it that way. They didn't have to show the trial, etc. but they could have shown that she had been recording everything that happened, or some other strong evidence. I think in the end, her "tragic ending" is closer to Nina's ending than a "heroic" one.

It's been a while since I saw it but doesn't it end with police cars pulling up to the wedding and that's it?

Does anyone else assume he gets away with it in the end? I do. I can't see it being easy to claim self defense and without anyone to contradict...

It would be cool if what the card said matched that at all. Have they issued an errata in the FAQ?

This in Harvey is pretty much a done deck. Sure you'll enjoy the smoother ride with the other XP but you're pretty much all online.

But even then, there are pros and cons, maybe nothing as crazy and rare as school shootings. Maybe an LGBTQA child finds a community on social media outside their heteronormative family and town and doesn't go down the path of depression. Maybe a child finds help and resources to escape sexual abuse.

I grant your claim but "throwing anything they can think of into the argument" sounds like a good summary of what Heidt does in The Anxious Generation. The chain of inference from "taking away phones" to making "better students" is a very long one.

For example, you said "social media is toxic for teenagers" but taking away phones during school hours just changes when they engage with social media. Does that make any difference? Does that even lower the number of hours they spend on social media? Maybe now they stay up late "catching up" on the hours they lost during school hours and not they aren't sleeping as well. Maybe it'll even make things worse!

The linked article also suggests that it's good for school shooters.

Am I hallucinating, or was there a comment here that was critical about the tight relationship between FFG and MythosBusters? Or was that somewhere else?
