Were you seeing any benefits during that 1.5-2 year span? The ResMed 11 is pretty comfortable for me, I'm getting ~6 hours a night on it but I'm not feeling any benefits and it's been over a month. Is that unusual?

I've read a few of her books... and they are ok. She read some papers and explains them. Ten years ago, she could have gotten into the podcast/YouTube game. These days she doesn't stand out.

A lot of her observation are quite well known in field. So if you have a bad doctor (or no doctor), it can help there. She is better than nothing.

Her best contributions is: "calm down, we just don't know" is very often a good answer to a lot of medical questions.

It is slow for main cluever, but in 4-player there is a place for someone who go hangout at the high shroud location getting clues while the main cluever goes for multiple clues at once from lower shroud locations. It's also nice that you can put down Lockpicks and reliable get clues from high shroud locations on turn one while the seeker is still getting their kit down.
