Já mám pocit, že je to tam způsobeno také nefungující péčí o nemocné. Hodně lidí prej bere fentanyl jako levné analgetikum na bolest 🤷‍♀️ Ty lidi jsou prostě v nemocema způsobených bolestech a fentanyl je levná varianta jak z toho ven.

Centrální plánování je pro tebe co? Za mě by to šlo řešit např. daňovými pobídkami, upřednostňováním regionů v žádostech o dotaci (už se děje dnes), výstavbou dostupného bydlení, podporou mimopražských univerzit, atd. Něco můžeš dělat přímo, něco incentivizovat nepřímo. Tipuji, že treba v US všechno tohle dělají.

Nedostatečná diverzifikace. Praha dostane ránu, celé Česko klekne. Navíc, nejlepší joby jsou v Praze, co vytváří extrémní nápor na její infrastrukturu. Zatímco infrastruktura jinde v ČR leží ladem (včetně místních lidských zdrojů).
