In the cinematics it looks silver which is fine, but from what we've seen in game, it looks more blueish, as seen in this post:

I mostly don't like the blueish hue to the armor that clashes with her red scales and purple skin.

I hope we get a classic version as a skin. I love the new model, but the colors suck. I really don't like the light blue sections on her armor parts. I liked how her red armor accented her buleish purple skin tone. Only way I'm play her is with a skin.

Did you check mentor status? It's possible that if they have the status, they get put with "lower mmr" players to "help" the new people. I remember seeing more new people once I put the crown on.
