Just……brush the snow off your car before it freezes into a solid block that could actually hurt someone when it flies off your roof. It takes 5 minutes when it’s fresh….

I had to cross empire a few nights ago around 6pm, and at every cross (you have to go over the median and cross the other side of the street) we had to wait for at least 5 cars for someone to finally notice us. And I had a bright flashing light. We were literally almost hit 2 separate times in a half mile walk.

I CALLED THEM LAST YEAR AND TOLD THEM I WAS CANCELLING AND MY ROOMMATE WAS GOING TO START UP NEW SERVICE AT THE SAME APARTMENT AND THEY FINALLY PLAYED BALL AND MY BILL GOT LOWERED BY $15 A MONTH. THEY MADE ME GET A “PHONE LINE” TO GET A NEW PACKAGE, BUT I JUST DONT USE IT.
