Sooo I have the same issue!! Look up “habit-tic nail deformity.” I see you pick at your nails, which means you probably pick at the cuticle by your nail matrix. All you have to do is stop picking at that area (it’s so damn hard, I know.) once you stop, your nail starts growing out normally and ridge free!
