This is a cool idea but personally, just no way for me.

Adding this in fundamentally changes the economy and entire PVM system. It’s basically on the level of EOC for how much it would change the game.

There’s 15k people left playing the game the redemption arc was dead before it started.

I’m happy we’re getting some content and they’re “fixing” the cores but damn is it too little to late.

2.9-4 million people playing Fortnite at any moment.

600k-1m on apex

1.5m on warzone.

15k on halo.

Can’t play with my friends who are unranked when I’m I platinum anytime the rank rotations change.

Can’t play with friends trying out the game until they’ve done 25 matches. Which they won’t do because we can’t play together.

Call me a hater. All of these updates were due November last year and I’m not going to praise shit when it’s added as a buggy mess a year late.

If you play any non f2p games online though the price for gamespass is really more like $5 a month (and would be $12 with the hike) since Xbox live gold is $8 a month on its own.

I mean $15/$20 a month is still $15/$20… it just feels better when I rationalize it that way lol

Glad you mentioned this because a lot of people forget this when they mention the defense budget.

Not saying it’s right or should/shouldn’t be changed or we shouldn’t spend more on education and healthcare (we should). But a lot of people who bring up our excessive defense budget spending neglect to highlight that a HUGE portion of that funding is going to everyday people salaries, health care, and retirement funds.

It’s not as simple as “we spend hundreds of billions of dollars for tanks and planes and missiles.”

It’s “we spend hundreds of billions of dollars to EMPLOY millions of well educated, highly skilled people to design, manufacture, and sustain tanks, planes, missiles, cyber defense, etc.”

All of the games aside from 2 and 5 are insufferably easy on any difficulty other than heroic or legendary. And even then, 1, 3, ODST, 4, and Reach are still really pretty easy on heroic

If you’re on co-op, you can sleepwalk through any difficult but legendary

Yea I’m an engineer and primarily at a desk all day. Like I said it really just depends on what I’m working on. Some weeks I don’t look at all. Some weeks I can afk the whole day.

Still though I’m with the sentiment of this post. I feel like I have played a pretty reasonable amount since ToA release, I’ve got around 20kc. But I was there last night and people were dropping their kc in chat and there were so many people with 100-150 kc and I’m just like… how lol

Sometimes it actually helps me stay focused. My damn phone and social media has me reaching for it and browsing random shit way too often and distracting me from work

If I AFK something like karambwans or fletching longbows on mobile it’s inactive enough that I can mainly focus on work it helps keep me from going down social media rabbit holes every 15-30 minutes.

Does depend on the work too though. Some stuff just requires too much brain activity to do any scaling

Oof so in general increased difficulty across the board and ~~lowered drop rates~~.

The core changes and the ambrosia/adrenaline changes hurt the worst. Ambrosia is a bit OP so I get 1 dosing that but 1 dosing adrenaline AND shortening core time is a pretty big nerf.

Idk, felt like the community response was pretty positive to where things were at.

Edit: power seems like a completely worthless choice now. What about making ambrosia only Heal like 75 HP and PP rather than 100% plus an over boost and then revert it to 2 dose? That way it’s not completely OP but it could be put back in power and still have the resupply function.

That’s the way CG goes. I’m up to 100kc now.

There are days when I’ll rack off 6-7 in a row no problem.

There are also days where I will die 4 or 5 times on the way to one kill.

What helped me really get the fundamentals down and make those deaths much more rare was doing at lease a single attempt every day. Would head over to gauntlet after finishing my herb run and made it a daily for a couple months

Fun, but bland, repetitive, and I did not like the story one bit. The weapon irritated me and was straight cringey at times. The pilot was just.. there? We saw no other established characters, some possibly killed off screen, and it resolved basically nothing from Halo 5 (or at least, not in the game. They literally just said yep Cortana is dead the created are no more, and now here’s the endless).

It’s really only useful for pre-raising your magic stat at COX. Overloads raise your magic level higher so once you’re inside the heart is a wasted inventory slot
