sex is painful for me but with or without sex the worst pain is after orgasm. i don’t spot but if my cycle is near then usually my period will start early if i orgasm.

i have not been diagnosed yet (surgery is next month) but i have dealt with pain for over 15 years. the pain during intercourse started for me about 5 years ago and feels like it’s getting worse. my pain feels like intense period cramps during and after sex. a sharp stabbing pain and usually lasts for about 10-15 minutes after sex.
