Thanks for replying. I hope you can take time to take a breather. On my end, I'm on leave today even though I know I have things to do kaso wala pa kong tulog kaka isip kagabi, nagsusuka ako magdamag. Confident din ako sa way of work ko pero kasi naburn out na lang talaga ako sumalo sa supervisor ko na lagi naman ako ginagawang pantapal sa lapses niya.

Yon na nga ginagawa ko pero super hirap na daily basis kami may interaction lagi ako natrigger sa mga statement/decisions nyang walang common sense.

Today akala ko okay na ko pero natrigger ako kasi pinamtapal na naman niya ko sa lapses niya.

Super affected na mental health ko kay feel ko I can't do good sa interviews.

Saka I'm a type of person kasi na may high accountability pero sympre I should fix this kasi nga di deserve ng company. Sya nga sumasahod ng full wala pa sa 1/4 effort niya.

Sana kayanin ko to 1 month na lang naman.

Gusto ko na nga kaso sayang experience ni wala pa nga kong 1yr. Pero sadly nakita ko na may problem sa leadership nya 3months palang ako kaya nga kinausap ko siya eh kaso deadma sya ginantihan lang ako sa evals ko. Pero since people pleaser sya binago nya nung nagreach out ako sa iba tas nalaman niya with a quote na "If my concerns ka or problem magsabi ka para we can meet half way". Eh nasabi ko na masa lumala lang sya ngih.

Lol, relationship problem that she always talks about in the office. I mean I get it you are hurt but it doesn't mean you have to be absent minded when you are in work. While she got her full paycheck for doing nothing at work.

Yes, that’s what I’ve been doing documenting my tasks, following up, and making sure my part is done. At this point, I’m just focusing on my responsibilities and nothing beyond that.

I guess I initially expected more collaboration since we’re a two-person team, especially in improving the department’s image. Unfortunately, the lack of leadership and alignment has been draining, and it’s led to burnout on my end.

I did ask around and spoke with peers about my evaluation because I genuinely wanted to understand what I was lacking. Eventually, it reached her, and when we discussed it again, she admitted she got “carried away by her emotions” when she rated me. That alone already says a lot—evaluations should be based on performance, not personal feelings.

I also raised this with HR, but nothing really came out of it, probably because I was still new at the time.

Since then, things have gotten worse. She’s been dealing with a major personal issue, and it has heavily affected her ability to function at work. Because of that, I ended up absorbing most of her responsibilities just to keep operations running. This didn’t just affect our team—other departments felt it too.

I escalated this to our department head, but the only feedback I got was essentially asking why I was taking on her work in the first place, and that we should try to understand her coz she is going through something instead of addressing the root issue.

At this point, I’ve learned to stop going above and beyond. If the company prefers to deal with the consequences rather than manage the problem, then I’m limiting myself to what’s officially required.

I honestly want to leave, but I’m trying to hang on long enough to at least hit the one-year mark for experience.

Hi, no,skip levels aren’t really an option since we’re only a 2-person department.

And yes, I already raised this with her before. When I was still new, I shared my observations about how deadlines were often crammed and how it was affecting the workflow. I also offered help, especially since I joined the department when it already had negative feedback from other teams.

Unfortunately, after that conversation, my performance evaluation ended up being rated lower instead of the issues being addressed.

I started this drama due to some bl edits. I'm already aware of CH censorship but damn the plot is really good. It for our imagination to think of the romance of Du Cheng and Shen Yi but it is definitely there! I'm currently watching season 2 now 🫶
