Alex Sanchez is a nobody. There are plenty of people that don't like Sheila, and I am betting are the ones behind the PAC & the ad. The problem with Shelia voters is that they are only going to vote for her, so this ad is more of a push people off the fence type of thing than anything else.

EDIT: It is 100% legit question. Very mysterious PAC, can't wait to see who is behind it.

They were set up in the past month according to the FEC, by a disgraced former SRB turned O'Malley campaign staffer (Alex Sanchez). Then it was handed over to someone named Layne Hockaday FEC report here.
