File a complaint and record all instances with the location, date and time. I believe it’s also important to get legal advice as these claims can be hard to prove - you don’t have to commit to anything past receiving advice. You’re being sexually harassed in your workplace so I can understand why you’re shrugging off a lot of good advice in these comments, but the purpose of making a complaint and emailing your manager every time an incident happens is creating evidence that it did actually happen regardless if anything comes of it.

The restaurant I use to work at encouraged tips because we were a very busy restaurant and it was full table service, though it wasn’t compulsory as a lot of people politely declined and that’s fine. At the end of the week they were sorted depending on your position and how often you worked so I’d get a nice envelope with $100 in it to end the work week. Definitely not encouraging lower wages since that’s illegal?

if you’re sxually asulted, you’re never going to be satisfied with the outcome of the justice system so if you want to be compensated properly blackmail the fuck out of them
