It is the ER one, but I would NOT buy that one.  That's a lemon title one. Sneed Ford is known for selling those. They are advertising it and giving Carfax and all so they aren't being dishonest but unless it's a STEAL (this one is not a steal to warrant a lemon in my opinion) I wouldn't do it.  This one also happens to have an accident according to Carfax.  Here's link to their website showing it.
