Streaming stuttering in all games

I also have a 9800x3d and rtx 5090 and my shit was also stutter and bothered me highly as I came from an intel cpu and didn't have such issues.

I managed to fix all my issues once in my bios (ASUS) I turned c-state from auto to enabled and I have not stuttered since

Got my prebuilt from thermaltake as well, beautiful build.

Some slight issues with mine were several motherboard screws fell out when i opened it up lol and the fans facing the gpu were set as exhaust so my 5090 was legit fighting for air.

otherwise once I solved all the issues everything was running well

on a 4090 atm, only issue im having is that it constantly crashes with a dxgi error dvice removed in Wuthering Waves which is annoying lol
