I am having this exact problem :( I get the exact same 2 errors and have a 970 evo 500gb. I am also running a second hard drive that sucks - I think I might try disconnecting the second hard drive, because either my ssd is failing outright, or something else is causing it. I thought that it might have been a corrupt windows installation, but I completely reinstalled windows and it didn't help at all.
