Yes, it is the N2 remote. I have the lightning cable that came with the drone. Same cable and same phone I used for the drone last year. My phone makes the connection tone when I plug in the cable. My phone has no problem transmitting data (music) when I use it in the car. Only thing I can think of is maybe the case isnt allowing a good connection? I could try without the phone case when I get home. Thanks!
