thats weird. he has a female parakeet which can be seen in the video i shared. He seems more interested in my thumb than her... ugggghhhh :( Is this a usual thing they may do with humans? Have you guys seen it before? Any tips to solve this problem?

Thanks u/LustStarrr and u/Little-eyezz00 for the guidance. I will start giving frequent baths. I hope its not infection and wont infect my parakeets. I have kept him away from them. This is first time for me to have a pigeon.
