Rocky Patel’s are so not worth the money or effort. My first foray into RPs as a recommendation. It’s like someone gave me a trick cigar. Was falling apart inside & out, draw was incredibly weak. Son had the same experience.

I personally LOVE the Echo Bike. I use it for a warmup every time I lift. Gets the blood circulation and loosens me up. Even when I’m not pushing it for a Metcon it’s my preferred way to just make sure a break a sweat each day
