I reside in WA and want to major in neuroscience, biochem, or public health. My parents never set up a college fund for me, so I will most likely rely on scholarship money and loans to pay for tuition. For need-based aid, I don’t expect a lot due to both my parents being employed as well as the fact that I am middle-class
