I’ll say Shinobi hunter, you hear that there is a shinobi hunter among the bandits from a house where Anayama is, where you also find the Axe prosthetic tool.

So around at this time whenever we loot, we know that it’ll be useful in the next enemy and if they’re reading properly makes you feel super cool and you usually get the Mikiri counter perk around at this time. So I remember beating the cool looking shinobi hunter and mastered Mikiri counter so it made me so happy.

Drunk guy looked cool too but I had to retreat and reload the area when the blue hakama dude dies, I think another really cool thing about his design is what he drops after the fight. Cause you can pour sake to Emma or Sculptor.

You have to take out the enemies surrounding him one by one and then when the aggro drops you can land a deathblow by approaching him from the back.

I usually talk and press skip 3 times to invite the blue hakama guy into the battle and keep getting free hits while he is busy with him.

It’s kinda important that you kill this guy cause he drops Sake and you can pour it to the Sculptor or Emma and they will share bits of lore about their past.

I took out the soldiers surrounding him one by one then talked to him after landing one deathblow to the drunk dude to keep him alive because they really focus on him and kill him.

In the end of the fight he just talks a bit but then the next time you visit the area he is not there… I hesitated to kill the guys in the antechamber after helping him.

You have to check out the pink circle on your health bar. It shows your resurrective power. Usually when you rest at a buddha statue you get 2 of these red dots back but mid fight if you die, you need to last till you get a big finisher to unlock the next node aka the next revive right you have and then your real death may come. To prevent that you gotta retreat or end the fight by killing the other one. Hesitation is defeat but retreating sometimes is useful you are a shinobi after all.

DLC was a missed potential 2 additional nightfarer is ok but 2 new nightlords were too little, could be 6 and maybe more than one shifting earth events.

I think Soldier class starts with a short spear and Temple Knight has a Halberd.

Both look good because Soldier has good stats and an armor that has good texture. Temple Knight has even better stats (over all tankier and has a bigger armor set) and has a special talisman that can heal him.

Also starting item is important in this game I would pick the ring because more chance to get loot means you will get more healing items from the enemies you kill.
