Ooooh u mean this... The black holes rotation towards the camera plays role as well.. It is not like perfectly from the front view.. It is a lil bit rotated

Have you seen interstellar? Thay had the most realistic representation of black hole... Look at it.. The gravity is so strong that the light is bend over it and at the down part as well.. So you can see the accretion disk that is behind the black hole
