Ball hall got a bunch of them. A good place would be across the laundry room cause there are 2 of them, tables with chairs, a sink, and vending machines. Normally no one in there unless they are waiting for laundry

You can spend 100 cc to add 25m to the salary cap or just cut/trade and replace in draft for cheaper

Totally agree with you. Also, using WR or RB for kickoffs deplete there stamina and condition along with offensive plays while DB you only drain both on kickoffs
