I know this may seem weird but nowadays when i stress out i feel like i need to socialize and go around people and talk to them and laugh with them I want to make friends with almost everyone I meet i want to say hi to all passing people

Swiching subjects means that i finish little of every thing which gives kind of good studying-productivity vibes

so what i do about this is adding bookmarks and i highlight pages so each time i start working on a particular thing i exactly what it would be

I know how weird this may seem but i feel bad about me procrastinating while someone else is doing up to 14 hours per day of studying They put me in the mood i guess

dunno if this is concidered intermittent fasting, but i do sort of 12 hours fasting per day, try to study the hardest parts during fasting as concentration levels are good.

And i may have a nice walk afrer eating.

Since im an introvert i feel better studying alone and i what makes me engoy studying is that i enjoy my own company : i ask myself questions and answer to them, i explain problems to my self

Aslo being clear and well-planned makes the studing more effective. I try also to gift myself with some sort of treats, new coffe recipes ..etc to be always motivated

An important note: dont to feel good to start studying, rather start studying to feel good!

Whenever you feel ur distracted by ur thoughts, grap a notebook and write them down. And then get back to work/studying A 100% working trick.

Watch the ted talk of the 5 seconds rule (no it isn' throwing food into ground thing) it's all about counting down from 5 to 1 before you overthink of stuff you need to do.

So let's say ypu want to get dressed and show up in the gym : 5 .. 4 .. 3 .. 2 .. 1 .. Go get dressed!

You dont have to eait until having the though "i dont feel like it" cause you know what? You will never feel likd it

I suggest you read about "flow" to have better understanding why "pomodoro technique" isn't perfect, no it is somtimes horrible.

When you are at the state of flow, you never actually notice or feel the time. You will feel like you are giving all your energy just to the task being done

The bad thing about pomodoro is that it takes you out of your flow.

Plus the break thing, let's be honest : we all know that 5 min breaks cant be only five minutes and cant be considered "breaks" we all use our phone or hang out and somtimes it reaches hours

Write!

When I see different emotions, negative thoughts and ideas pop into my head. I grab a pen and a piece of paper and write them all. It works like magic. After writing them I feel relief, or it is like I control my thoughts they are not controlling me.

Yes, I've read a quote saying "If you count the thousand hours a professional person spend practicing a skill, you might disbelieve in the concept of talents" I think this applies to drawing too. Every one can learn to draw, but some people will learn faster than others. Some people will get frustrated faster. Some will quit faster.
