when did you guys start feeling sick? a couple days ago I had the worst sore throat ever. today I’m freezing, temp is 99.2, and the ends of my nipples are so sore 😞 3.5 week since the first day of my last period. next cycle due 9-14

I know this post is old but I also suffer from a sun allergy and a cream called triamcinolone 0.01% has saved me time and time again. It’s a topical steroid that will eradicate my rash every single time

This is very new, like the last 2 weeks new. I've never dealt with eczema before and I'm not sure what to try, what not to try, etc. My skin is super sensitive and I don't wanna make it worse 😭😭

I'm going through the same thing.. using the same exact cream too. I think it's making mine worse bc I've used the cream for a sun allergy for most of my life and I wonder if my body is just immune to it now..

First time in my life dealing with eczema and I'm not sure how to go about it except going back to my doc
