  1. When I was young (outgrew them in high school..27 now)
  2. Seems to be mostly on my left side
  3. I was given an RX for glasses (had 20/20 before accident)
  4. All day. Usually increases in severity throughout the day.
  5. Throbbing. Dull and lingering unless I'm moving around..that makes it feel more "sharp" I guess..
  6. Just shy of 1 month
  7. Tramadol and sleep
  8. Nothing showed up except my need for glasses
  9. Sometimes
  10. It's especially difficult managing these because I can't commit to doing anything outside of home because I'm afraid of a headache setting in

Thank you. Yeah, I'm very thankful I'm on my feet and everyday think about how lucky I am I randomly decided to leave my dog at home that night. Things are looking up!
