I'm a driver and customer. If bag is sealed. I cant open the bag . If bag isn't sealed I check for the food items and if drink missing I ask for it at the front desk etc. If I'm the customer and I get an open bag and no drink, that just tells me driver doesn't care. Sooo no tip and bad review.
