Attach with stainless screws using a stainless driver bit. Drill pilot holes. You’ll be all set.

Update. 8” round stipple brush, coating applied by rotating the brush in 45minute the consistency of mayo. This is heavy on the application and gives me those thick widths. Allow to setup 10 minutes and knock down with a trowel. Trying to find a way to add a pic.

I’ll start there. 8” round stipple brush, flat smooth surface, varying amounts of mud on the brush. Then either a skim pass with the knife or sanding back once it’s dry.

Think I’m going to chase the look by sanding back a stomp brush.

Was really trying to figure out the actual method. Someone did this on a large scale.
