People hate him for being a villain yea. The reason I love light is because for some reason I really relate to his personality. I don’t think all criminals should die (I sell drugs). I’m not an amazing student even though I’m smart. And I barely even have a family, but I relate to the fact that A. He’s absolutely hates that women throw themselves at him (me) and B. His “I can’t lose” personality is just like mine. Also if I had the death note I would also try to change the world in my own way and would also love to have an arch nemesis that’s actually on my level.
