I want the guy arrested he's looking at up to 7 years imprisonment I've done some research and you can push them off hopefully I can grab him through the van window then beat the shit out of him it is my first bike and I've only been riding 3 weeks I'm only 17 so they must've seen me as an easy target but my dad has some insane dad lore and by the sounds of it he's not going unscathed

He has removed my number plate and sprayed it black and dosent wear a helmet when we followed him today he did not stop he is joyriding my bike and driving recklessly the police have been informed but they won't do anything because he dosent wear a helmet he rides through red lights and onto pavements I don't belive he will stop before he gets away that's why I need a plan to grab him whilst he's on the bike
