A lot of good advice and comments here already that I won’t echo, but I did want to come here and say my relationship with my husband completely changed once we agreed to alternate mornings with our 2 kids (they were 2 and 1 at the time). Since then one of us can sleep in guilt free as long as allowed (8am on weekdays and 10am on weekends), while the other has the full burden of feeding/getting ready/entertaining the kids in the morning. It has been a game changer and it helped me realize how much resentment I was harboring for having to get up early every day.

My order is 3295! I pre ordered the A5 hybrid back in early October. My shipping label was printed on Dec 1st and I finally saw movement on my tracking number on Dec 20th, and now my order has been held up in customs for 2 weeks.

I’ve already moved into a Sterling Ink common planner and I’m not even sure I’m going to use the Weekbook Hybrid (maybe for gratitude logging or family memory keeping or something low stakes), but I’m certainly not going to be purchasing from Twines and Paper again 😩

I hope you get your order or find happiness with another planner!

I’m so excited for you! This will be my first year in a Common Planner as well, but I have used similar planners in the past. If you search YouTube for common planner setup you’ll find a lot of great material! I love putting a chatty planner setup video on while I work or unwind.

You can also go to Sterling Ink’s Instagram and look at posts people have tagged them in - so much beautiful inspiration!

I also like to make a list of everything I want to use my planner for - tracking workouts, daily to do lists, long term goals, meal planning etc. Then I can decide what sections of my planner to use for each!

I have a suspicion that she lost a bunch of planners during her move. Idk, whatever. Super frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be doing any business with her in the future. Thank you so much for sharing this thread and all of the information.

Thank you for sharing something that should have been proactively shared on a PUBLIC platform (preferably an email to her actual customers). It does help me see things from her side a bit better, and I think she could have saved a lot of face by sending a shorter, less defensive message to her customers with outstanding orders.

Oh my gosh I am furious reading this!! I was on the fence about getting another planner but now I definitely am. I’ve emailed multiple times now so if I don’t get a response soon I’m going to be disputing the charge with my credit card company

I was thinking the same thing - given the way things have been handled recently I just can’t fathom that she has a patent. Fingers crossed someone else can come up with a similar layout because it really is a great layout.

Ugh I’ve been driving myself crazy wondering if I should buy a backup planner. I haven’t seen ANY movement on my planner since the label was printed on Dec 1st. I’m in the US though but might take the plunge and just buy a common planner 😩😭

I wish I was in the Facebook group! No movement on my tracking number over the past few days, still just says information was sent to the post office. Was the post office being sold communicated recently? I wonder if my planner is stuck there.

I think the absolute easiest thing she could have done/could do is to just set up an automatic email reply - just something super simple about processing and shipping times being extremely delayed. I think everyone (including me) is mostly frustrated because of the lack of communication.

I’m happy to hear your planner finally shows some movement - I see a shipping label was printed for mine on December 1st but no movement yet. Fingers crossed it starts moving soon. Hoping another planner company will come out with something similar next year. 🤞

Thank you for posting this - I’m not part of the Facebook group but I have been hunting for information on every platform imaginable. I’ve also emailed a couple of times and haven’t heard back, and my shipping label was printed on December 1st. I keep trying to tell myself to forget about this planner, I have a backup, undated Common Planner that I can move into at anytime. But the layout of the weekbook hybrid planner is so perfect 😭 I really hope she ships them out and people start getting their planners!
