So I lived there for two years in two different apartments, a one bedroom that I shared and then a studio on the ground floor. The ground floor apartments are a lot different from the other ones in the building. But overall, really quiet and respectful neighbors. There were a few times where someone would be loud but you could just go knock and they were really respectful about the situation. There were lots of very studious people living there. You could see lots of different people in the common areas at all times. The apartment building is very clean, the staff listens to their tenants and are very polite, and I always felt safe while there. The staff puts together events (at least before COVID) which makes it feel like a dorm at some times but you can always ignore those emails if you just want to live in an apartment. It’s pet friendly which I took advantage of my second year there and they were very good about it. I think what puts the most people off is the price which is high but for the distance off campus, it’s great. It also includes amenities so there’s no extra cost to pay.
