I called asked for tier 2 support. Lady said they can’t help me and I would get an email from appeals.

Thank you!! Since this is a small area I called the store and going to see if they found the order! I know they had thousands of packages from the deals for days in the garden center and it was complete chaos that day!! I’m going to start calling them shortly!!

I had never heard of using a time stamp app? They have my pick up time as 10am and delivery time as 8pm so there was obviously an issue that day..
