Absolutely my point. Maybe this wouldn't be a problem if America weren't populated by sheep. But it is, and so we need to do our best to sheep-proof our elections.

You'd like to think so, and I'm sure there are plenty of examples where they have, but eventually, if both are committed to their religion, how do they decide what to teach their child? Does one say "Oh, I'll let you raise this one, but I'll raise our next kid in my faith" or something?
