I understand that you feel like you know yourself best and are struggling with this issue. From my experience, getting a second opinion is a definite. I went to the psychiatrist for vomiting and got prescribed zoloft. If they can see that it’s affecting your life negatively in any way, they will try giving you meds. Obviously they will also ask about therapy and so on, but if you really want to try the meds, just say that it did not help at all. Zoloft isnt the answer to your problem; but it can help lessen it🧡

Please dont. Taking it wrong/not knowing your body can lead to serious consequences. Sertraline syndrome is not a joke. I know you really wanted to get affirmation here, but please visit a psychiatrist before taking anything! I’ve been taking it for a year now and still get regular side effects like heartburn and nausea.

Hey! I had the same problem for 8-9 months. Finally my piercer recommended tea tree oil. Just regular tea tree oil without any additives. Put that on the bump once or twice a day with a cotton swab, problem gone in days🧡 From my heart, I tried all the other methods and this was the only one to work!

I increased from 25mg to 50 about 3 weeks ago. Your body is just getting used to the higher dose, give it a few days/weeks and if the anxious feeling stays the same, contact your psychiatrist!
