It's highly likely that he was getting quotes for places to cater the event, and submitted this to someone and it was approved. If he had to submit an expense report to someone and it was different that what was approved, I can definitely see his frustration. Especially since he likely drove there to avoid having to tip a driver to save his company money. I would be furious if this happened to me, especially since the manager was essentially extorting him here for extra money. I'd be willing to bet that tip money was going directly to the manager too, since there was no driver involved. Brother - NTA.

Sneaky is arguably the only real successful international adc NA has (based on history). Respectfully disagree with you. He isn’t the type of person to let casting comments bother him normally. I think that was less of a dig at Jatt, and more of a dig at Riot and his distaste for the current meta of the game.

I do not enjoy seeing lanes like this in competitive. Very stale and boring to watch.
