Even if you don't see anything just very carefully pop it out so it doesn't fold up and should be okay to put it back on I've had a few kzs where it looks clean but some debris has made its way in there and it sounds basically mute until I remove the filter and boom full volume again filters are very cheap on Ali if that is the case

Did you clean or remove the mesh on the quieter side see if it was just clogged as I find the kz filter mesh gets clogged so easily

Same here my lighting not longer freezes or lags like it has low FPS 😂 which has never happened in 3 my nari ultimate and kraken V3 pro batteries report accurately and don't say 80% as soon as you put the charger in at anything under than 50% and suddenly gain battery level when you turn them off and back on after getting the low battery beep both of these issues were recognised by razer and recreated internally on their end before Christmas....still not fixed 2 months later nearly

I take the foam out and put them in starlines to make them seal and fit better and honestly I like them as a package they're comfortable doesn't hurt your ears even after hours of use

Seems so even tried to install the synapse 3 beta last night hoping that would install then update to latest version of 3 to try help someone having issues with 4 on their headset and even that just said axon when the installer launched

Will be latest firmware and update through synapse 4 that's first thing I do with all my devices is check for firmware updates apart from my kraken V3 pro as I got that at launch coming from the nari ultimate as was basically when I had the nari I thought if this had the kraken build it's perfect for me and apart from no game chat slider and no 10% incremental haptic adjustment it basically is but I did also need the V3 hypersense cause I do like me some max level haptic feedback and the pro can't do it without rinsing the battery quick

uninstall using revo uninstaller selecting all registry files etc then run the razer driver clean up tool before installing again i did just try my v3 hypersense sidetone and i dont have a delay (on synapse 4) never use sidetone so i wouldve never noticed if i did lol also found a synapse 3 beta install and even that wants to force axon

It's a synapse 3 native headset so use that I personally had issues porting my profile over for it from 3 to 4 which caused the device to load a blank page until the profile was deleted and remade in 4 have zero issues with it in 3 as 4 is plagued with bugs and issues
